Daniel is RAJ Law’s lead litigation attorney, representing injured parties in state and federal court, as well as arbitration proceedings. Daniel specializes in personal injury, vehicle collision, premises liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith cases.
Before joining the firm, Daniel developed extensive experience working at state and federal courts of all levels. Daniel served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Kent E. Cattani at the Arizona Court of Appeals and Judge James A. Teilborg at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. During law school, Daniel served as an extern for Chief Judge Mary H. Murguia at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, for the Staff Attorneys’ Office of the Arizona Supreme Court, and for Judge Paul J. McMurdie at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2019, where he earned the distinction of Trial Advocacy Fellow and was inducted in the Order of the Coif. Daniel also served as an editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology and earned CALI Awards in Administrative Law and Malpractice Litigation.
Before law school, Daniel attended the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College, at Arizona State University, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, summa cum laude, both in 2016.
